Request JIWIT account deletion
Controlled Alpha testers can request account and associated pet-data deletion from their registered email address by contacting [email protected].
JIWIT verifies account ownership before deletion. Records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations are restricted and retained only for the applicable period.
Self-service deletion is not yet implemented and remains a Beta gate.
